my boss he is come from Iran . we often stay in office togerther ,but always have nothing to say . maybe I don' have self-confidence. I don't know how to open my mouth ? and can't find the topic . so ,what shall I do ?please !

in office,working hours?are you free?you have time to talk about something that is irrelative to your job?I don't think that is good for you.but time-out,talking everything is right.what you need is courage,not topic.
