We have a lot of contact with top corporate leaders,not of them are talking about get ready those instruments that produce diversity.
Corporate leaders know that it  does not care in their scient,they are not have engineers, the scientists,the lawers or the bussiness manager they will need.
So where we hear those debates its primary is political circles and in the middle not in corporate ..rooms in college campus.
