This might be genetic mutation. Or maybe when it was an embryo, one of its brother or sister dead and melt into its body, just like some human deformity children. (就是说可能是基因变异。也可能是胚胎期时，有一个猪仔的胚胎死掉了，然后就融入到这只猪仔的身体里，所以它出生的时候就有了两个鼻子，就好像人类婴儿的双头畸形那样。)
