Morality is not so compulsory as law. Whether a person gives up his/her seat or not, he/she will not be punished by law. There are enough immoral things happening every day in our life and law could not say a word about it. So what matters is not to blame the one does not give up his seat. We should work on our morality, to let people know what is good to preserve a better life to themselves and to others.
I donot give my credit to the old man. That is illegal.
