瞌睡虫

In my opinion, a worry wart pays much attention to his  self-esteem. Whatever he does he always thinks about others comments and saying. I suspect a worry wart may have little confidence in himself. He doesn't think that he can deal with things well. So he always worries a lot.
I also worry about something, but I'm not a worry wart.
