B：It is a way to make a living, but beyond this it's a way of fulfeeling one's development. It can prove your ability.
工作是一种谋生的方式，但还是一种自我价值实现的方式，它可以证明你的能力。
A：May I ask you why you left the job?
我可以问一下为什么要放弃这份工作吗？
B：I left the job because of expiry of my employment contract. Besides I have accumulated a lot of experience in this sort of job. I want to seek better jobs.
我放弃它是因为我的雇佣合同期限已满，另外我还积累了这方面的工作经验，我想找更好的工作。
