1. Ice it, put ice on it即用冰敷上，例如：I gotta ice my shoulder for a while. It's killing me! 我得用冰敷一会儿肩膀，疼死我了。2. Kick in药物起效，例如：I just popped some pills. It takes a while before they kick in. 我刚吃了几粒药，要等会才能起效。
