这句谚语最早见于乔质·赫伯特(George Herbert)所编的“格言集”(Outlandish Proverbs 1640).
Wine，一般指葡萄酒。A glass of wine.一杯葡萄酒；the wines of Alsace 阿尔萨斯葡萄酒；apple wine苹果酒。
