growing in number and wealth will require one billion tons more grain each year, and two hundred million tons more meat.

Officials say the new report provides the first globle assessment of the state of the planted land resources, it says large parts of all continents are exprencing damage, one forth of all land does discribe that highly degraded, the greatest ?? are losses of soil porperty, biodiversity and water resources.
