重点解说：

★ free「有空的」

★ check「檢查，核對」

★ schedule「時間表，計畫表」

★ have [give, throw] a party「舉辦派對」

★ be out of town「不在市內」

★ I wish ~「但願~」此語用於表示現實中雖不可能，但自己很希望能達成或實現某事。I wish I could ~「但願我能~」，could之後若接用完成式，則成為表示與過去事實相反的假設，如I wish I could have helped him.「但願我當時能幫他。」
