Shanghai Book City,the city's largest book store,is open later at night this week to provide more convenience to book lovers,Xinmin Evening News reported today.

　　The store is open until 8p.m.at seven nights now.Before,it closed at 6:30p.m.from Monday to Friday and at 8p.m.at weekend.

　　The change is believed to bring more visitors at night to the Fuzhou Road,where the store,and dozens of other book shops,stand.Most of the shops closed around 6p.m..

　　The store will open at 9:00a.m.,half an hour earlier compared with before,at weekend starting this week.

　　The store,opened three years ago,has prolonged its shop hours during summer vacation since last year for the convenience of students.
