In my opinion, I think both of these two views are right. As the saying goes: waste not,and want not, and the other one says:Industry is strange to poverty. Proverb is wit, proverb is full of wit. Those two proverbs just tell us the two aspects of the thing, one is that we should word hard, and the other is that we should economical, if we only work hard but we waste, then our efforts will equal to zero, rich will far away from us, on the contrary , if we are only economical, but we do not build our home with our two hands , we can still put ourselves into the pool situation.
