面试之一
I：•　What certificates of technical qualifications have you received (obtained) ?

C：
•　 I’ve received an Accountant’s Qualification Certificate.
•　I’ve received a Computer Operator’s Qualification Certificate.
•　I’ve obtained an Export Sales Staff’s Qualification Certificate.
•　I’ve got an Engineer’s Qualification Certificate.
•　I’ve received a Tourist Guide’s Qualification Certificate.
•　I’ve obtained a Senior Lawyer’s Qualification Certificate.
•　I’ve got an Associate Professor’s Qualification Certificate.
主试人：你获得了何种技术资格证书?

应试人：
•　我获得了会计资格证书。
•　我获得了电脑操作员证书。
•　我获得了外销员资格证书。
•　我获得了工程师资格证书。
•　我获得了导游资格证书。，
•　我获得了高级律师资格证书。
•　我获得了副教授资格证书。

面试之二
I: Do you have any licences?

C：
•　Yes, I have a driver’s licence.
•　Yes, I have an electrician’s licence.
•　Yes, I have a radio operator’s licence.
•　Yes, I have a turner’s licence.
•　Yes, I have a doctor’s licence.

主试人：你有什么执照吗?

应试人：
•　有，我有驾驶执照。
•　有，我有电工证。

面试之三
I：•　Do you have any special skills?
C：
•　Yes, I can operate a word-processor.
•　Yes I have a good command of secretarial skills.
•　Yes, I can use an abacus fairly well.
•　Yes, I can type and take shorthand very well.
•　Yes I can use a facsimile machine skillfully.
•　Yes, My father is an architect, and so I naturally interested in architecture when I was quite young. Raecently I’ve done some blueprints and designing for my father. So I know something about architecture.

面试之四

I：
•　What are your qualifications for being a computer operator?
•　What are your qualifications as a stenographer?

C：
•　I can type 100 words per minute.
•　I take shorthand at 110 words per minute.

主试人：
•　你当电脑操作员的资格如何?
•　你当速记员的资格如何?

应试人：
•　我每分钟可以打100个字。
•　我速记的速度是每分钟110个字。

I: Can you type Chinese?

C:
Yes, of course. I can type Chinese by both Pinyin and Wubi.
No, I’m sorry, but I’ve learned English typing.

主试人：你会打中文吗?

应试人：
•　当然会。我既会用拼音也会用五笔打中文。
•　很抱歉，我不会，但我学过英文打字。

面试之五
I: Do you get any special training in office skills?
C: Yes, I’ve received some special training in typing, stenograph, and common office machines operation. I’m good at operating a fax machine, a photostat, and a microcomputer.
主试人： •你有没有受过办公室技能方面的特殊训练?
应试人：有，我接受过打字、速记和办公室常用机器操作的特
殊训练。我精通操作传真机、复印机和微型电脑。

面试之六
I：What kind of computers are you experienced in?
C：I’m experienced in IBM-PC, Compaq, Great Wall, and Legend computers.
主试人：你熟悉什么样的电脑?
应试人：我熟悉IBM个人电脑，康柏电脑、长城牌和联想牌
电脑。

I：What computer languages have you learned?
C: I’ve learned C++, Java and COBOL.
主试人：你学过什么计算机语言?
应试人：我学过C++、Java和COBOL数据处理语言。

I. What kind of software do you have working knowledge of?
C: I have working knowledge of WINDOWS, DOS, and AUTO CAD.
主试人：你对何种电脑软件具有应用知识?
应试人：我对WINDOWS、DOS和AUTOCAD具有应用知识。

I: What do you think about your qualifications?
C: I’m familiar with the West-styled accounting since I’ve worked in an enterprise with foreign capital for three years. So I think I’m qualified for the post as accountant general at your company.
I’m not a green hand at foreign trade. I have a clear idea of how WTO works. So I’m confident of being a good export sale staff member.

主试人：你认为你的资格如何?
应试人：
•　由于我在外资企业工作过3年，所以我熟悉西式会计，因此我认为本人可以胜任贵公司会计主任一职。
•　本人并非外贸行业的新手，我对世界贸易组织如何运作了如指掌，所以我完全有把握当好外销员.
