Hi,everyone. I am new here，so I will make a simple self-introduction for making friends with some of you.

My English name is Simon, graduated from NJU and now work as a SAP consultant in Shanghai City.
I find it more and more important to master the English language in my daily work.
The document what I should read and write is usually in English, so you know it is neccesary to improve my English skill, both spoken and written English.

Could anybody give me some suggestions for that?

    in my opinion that persistence is the best way to do it! there is not anther easier way other than it.
