2）“...，甚至是在另外方面成功的先决条件”， 这是纯粹字面翻译。in another direction是指failure是不会直接导致success，需要将failure变成asset，这是一个过程，理解/学习/经验等等。

所以，In many circumstances,“失败是成功之母”。只不过老外的表述更加精确罢了！
