Sally and her husband Jack have both been driving for three years.

i called my foreign friend the other day,i followed him well and talked more freely.

fault:
you are AT fault. = you are wrong.
you should apologize for him.

blame:
blame sth. on sb.
blame sb. for sth.
he blamed the mistake on me.
he blamed me for the mistake.
