A：Do you know anyone who’s had plastic surgery? 你知道谁整过容吗？

B：You mean like a breast enlargement? I don't think that's really necessary. That's not the way a woman should stay attractive. 你是指丰胸手术这样的吗？我觉得真的没必要。女人不应该靠这种方法来保持魅力。
