投诉信

　　1.写作攻略

　　投诉信也叫抱怨信。一般是当自己的正常生活受到骚扰、自己的利益受到侵害或当社会规范有失规范时，用来表达不满情绪和提出批评。所有的投诉信都有一个共同点，就是最终是要收信人解决问题，所以需要提出解决方案。考生应该注意如果题目中没有给出解决方案，那么就要根据投诉内容中的不满提出自己的解决方案。具体写作步骤：

　　首段：表明来信所要投诉的问题，尽可能做到客观礼貌，给读者留下好印象，应该记住读信人不一定就是错误的责任人，他的合作对事情的最后解决有着非常重要的作用。

　　主体段落：写明投诉的原因、问题的经过及产生的后果。可以说具体的理由，也可以说问题的具体体现方式。

　　结尾段：提出解决方案，不需展开。这段应体现书信的礼貌原则，可以用类似“如果你能……，我将十分感激”这样的表达方式。还要注意做到公平、公正。

　　我非常不愿意投诉，但……

　　One annoying aspect of your service is……

　　你们的服务项目中一个令人不满的地方是……

　　I would like to draw your attention to the problem/fault……

　　我想让您知道这个问题/错误……

　　I am writing to inform you that I find…… unsatisfactory.

　　我写信是为了告诉你我发现……令人非常不满意。

　　I wish to express my dissatisfaction/disappointment about……

　　我想表达我对……的不满/失望。

　　It would be highly appreciated if you could……

　　如果你能……我将万分感谢。

　　I trust you will take my complaints seriously and……

　　我相信你会认真对待我的投诉，并且……

　　I hope you will give due attention to this matter.

　　希望对此事你能给予足够的重视。

　　I would like to get this matter settled by the end of this month.

　　我希望能在月底解决这事。

　　I could not be more satisfied if you can kindly……

　　I would appreciate it very much if you could……

　　Dear Sir or Madam，

　　I am writing to inform you that I wish to move into a new room next semester. I would like to have a single room， because I find the present sharing arrangement inconvenient.

　　I am dissatisfied with my present roommate because of his inconsiderate behavior. For one thing，his friends are constantly visiting him；for another，he regularly makes calls at night. In addition，he often uses my things without asking for my permission. Under such circumstances，I find it difficult to concentrate on my studies，and I am falling behind in my assignments.

　　I believe you will agree that the only solution is for me to move into a room of my own，where I will be free from these kinds of distractions. I would be very grateful if you could arrange a single room for me，preferably not in the same building.
