In recent years, the world has made progress in reducing deaths among children under the age of five. A new report says an estimated six-point-nine million children worldwide died before their fifth birthday. the report says child more ... rates  have falling in all ..., it says the number of death is down by at least 50% in eastern, wstern and southeastern asia, the numer also fell in northafrica, latinamerica and the caribbean
