When I was a little girl, my grandma likes watch Cantonese opera in [url=app:ds:theatre]theatre[/url].I remember the [url=app:ds:actor%20or%20actress]actor / actress[/url] are beautiful, the headwear, dress.
It is very lucky, I saw some oil painting from a painter from 19 century 80 year, use the west method to shows the Chinese Kunqu opera actor /actress style.
It is say that before, the new people from 19 century 80 year, they would not like to do the hard work, just would like to do the easy job, and get much more money, even my friend complain her niece. The story as below:
When her niece finished her education, my friend helps her find a new job. After one month, her niece leave the company, the reason is, everything I learn already, I can be a supervisor, if do not let me replace the supervisor, I will leave the company, it is a big loss for the company.
Why she would like to replace the supervisor? She just thing the supervisor is very easy do not need to do the hard work, and get much more money. But in fact, everyday, what the supervisor do, which risk will be accept and how to help company settle the troubles, she do not know.
As a manager/supervisor, every day should be accept a lot of working pressure, face the troubles we must be settle. Face the government visited, how to do with. What can be say, what can not say. We must be carefully to face everything, face the worker, and face the understrapper, difference persona, difference way to face. Such as a good actor/actress, for the difference role.
For whole life, we have a lot of role, son/daughter, father/mother, grandson/granddaughter, supervisor/understrapper, lover, and husband/wife.
Life like a play, a play shows life. To write a good play for your life.
