A：The Smiths are arriving at our city tomorrow. Can you draw up a schedule for them? If they want to make any changes, minor changes can then be made.  
史密斯夫妇明天就要来了。你能给我起草一份日程表吗？如果他们有变化，到时候再作些许改动。
B：Is there anything special they would like to do?  
他们有什么特别想做的事情吗？
A：They would like to visit our factory and have a look at the new type computer products. Besides, they will introduce their technique in computer manufacturing.  
他们想来参观一下我们的工厂，看看新型的电脑产品。另外他们将介绍一下他们新细的电脑制作技术。
B：That can easily be arranged. I will arrange a comfortable meeting room for them. Anything else?  
那容易安排，我将为他们安排较为舒适的会议厅。还有别的吗？
A：They would also like to have a meeting with our designers. And this time, their visit to our company will lay the basement for our cooperation, so you need to pay more attention.

B：I will set it up.  
我这就去办。
A：They will stay for two days. Try to work out an efficient schedule.  
他们只待两天，尽量提高行程效率。
