She has a headache. She feels dizzy. She goes to the doctor. The doctor examines her. She needs brain surgery. The doctor opens her skull. The doctor fixes the bad part or her brain. She spends a week in the hospital. Her headache and dizziness are gone. Mordern medicine saves her.
