More than 60 percent of the people in China havetakeout food at least two times a week, andthey hope the quality of the foodcould be guaranteed, China Youth Daily reported Thursday.
中国青年报周四公布的报告显示,中国超过60%的人每周至少吃两次外卖,他们希望外卖食物的质量能够得到保障。

中国青年报社社会调查中心联合问卷网,对2005名受访者(interviewees)进行的一项调查显示,64.9%的受访者每周至少吃两次外卖(eat takeout food,吃外卖),其中4.7%的受访者每天吃两到三次(two orthree times a day),14.4%的受访者平均每天吃一次,45.8%的受访者每周吃两三次。13.9%的受访者每周吃一次(once a week),18.6%的受访者偶尔(occasionally)吃,仅2.7%的受访者几乎从来不吃外卖(seldom eat it at all)。
调查显示,55.9%的受访者吃外卖是因为时间紧张(have tight schedules),36.7%的受访者觉得外卖普遍比餐厅便宜(considertakeout food cheaper than eating in a restaurant),30.9%的受访者是因为店铺距离远,28.9%的受访者坦言自己不会烹饪(don't know how tocook),22.2%的受访者喜欢一边吃外卖一边看剧的感觉(likeeating and watching TV showstogether),9.0%的受访者因朋友推荐(recommend)点外卖。
但是,许多受访者表示他们对外卖的质量(the quality of takeout food)感到担心。调查中,52.4%的受访者觉得经常吃外卖危害健康(bad for health),34.9%的受访者觉得一般,12.6%的受访者觉得危害不大。
55.6%的受访者坦言自己难以戒掉外卖(quiteating takeout food),所以大家对外卖品质的要求也会越来越高。
63.8%的受访者希望外卖餐品提高质量(hopethe quality could be improved),尤其要保障用油和食材的卫生(guarantee hygiene for thecooking oil and ingredients used)。
受访者中,单身的(single)占23.5%,处于恋爱中的(in relationships)占18.2%,已婚的占57.7%。男性受访者占50.2%,女性占49.8%。
