They are based on the observation from the ground from settleize and radar.
They are the only presentors on television who do not use script and can not say them map as they are just discripting.
The Britishs talk about the wether more than almost any othr subject,so it is pressing to discover that 70% of television viewers can not remember what they saw on the wether forecast.
