2nd part
1.        Hi. Can I help you?
Just this, please.
Sure. It seems like a beer. May I see some ID?
ID? Are you kidding? Though I’m looking like under 21?
I’m sorry. We have a card everybody. We can’t sell alcohol to anyone without approving them old enough to buy it.
Mmm, never mind.
2.        Service department.
Hi. My car may be in trouble. May I bring it in?
What’s the problem?
Well. It’s been over-heating a lot recently. And yesterday air-conditioners stopped working.
Ah. It sounds it needs to leave for a couple of days. Could you bring it in tomorrow?
I really need it fixed right away. May I bring it in today?
Yeah. Sure. But I can’t guarantee they’ll get to it today.
3.        Good evening. My name is Broodsin(音译). I’ll be your waiter this evening. What do you care for a drink before dinner?
Maybe a glass of wine.
Red wine or white wine?
Red for me.
Ok. We have Mamiloe(音译) and Camelae(音译).
Which do you recommend?
Mamiloe is very nice.
Well. I’m gonna trust you. And a glass of Mamiloe, please.
And I’ll have a glass of Camelae.
4.        So, what can I show you in a new car?
Well. I’m just looking today, really.
What kind of cars are you looking for?
Well. I like an SUV, with four doors of course, power brakes, power steering, remote door locks.
Fantastic. We have lots of these cars right over here.
Oh. Great.
How much do you think you’ll be spending?
Well. No more than $8 000.
Ah. Well. Let’s see. How about used vehicles over next block?
You mean I can’t get a new car?
Are you kidding?

3rd part
A customer is returning a shirt to a store. What do you think each person will say? Now listen and check your prediction.
Excuse me, Madam.
Yeah. How can I help you?
I’d like to change the shirt. It has a flaw—a stain right over here.
Mmm. Let me see. Yeah, it’s a stain here. How did that happen?
It’s there when I bought it.
Mmm, I don’t think so.
Yeah, it’s true.
I need to check each item. I don’t think so.
You think I’m a liar?
No. Look careful. It’s in my job.
Ok. Look. Just let me speak to the manager.
Ok. I’m sorry. Where shall we begin, to exchange it…..
I want to speak to the manager.
Fine. Whatever. Deep, a customer wants to talk to you.
How can I be in assistance?
Well, I came to explain to change shirts. And it has a stain, see?
Yes.
But I was treated so rudely by this person. I just want my money back. And I won’t shop here anymore.
I’m very sorry about any problem you have been in. Could you tell me what happened here?
She cursed me of staining this shirt.
Hey, I was just trying to make sure…..
Why don’t you go to my office and wait for me? Oh, I’m very sorry. I take the responsibility for her behavior. But I really want to keep you as a customer. I’ll be glad if you change the item for you or get you refund, whichever you like.
Mmm, I don’t know. I really don’t want be treated like that. I don’t think she cares.
Westshield. She’ll be trained how to treat a valuable customer.
Well. Ok. I guess I’ll get it exchanged. I like the shirt after all.
Oh. Wonderful. Thanks for understanding. Now, may we have a seat, please?

4th part
I’m wondering what I should do about my motorcycle. The engine keeps starling. Can you fix it?
It sounds like it needs a little lever inspection.
It’s at home right now. I’m wondering if I can bring it in later today?
I can’t guarantee I’ll get to it today. But I’ll look to it as soon as I can. However, I want to approve you old enough to drive a motorcycle. Looks like you’re under 18.
Are you telling me that if I’m not 18 yet I can’t get my motorcycle fixed? I don’t think I want to bring it here after all. But I don’t know where else I can go?
