它在不该来的时候倒常来。记忆在能带给我们痛苦，在能带给我们快乐。有时候对付记忆最好的药方是忘记，而我们却忘掉了药方。我们都会训练记忆，让它表现得乖些，因为它既可以带给我们天堂，也可以带给我们地狱。

i only remember a little thing about my past.so i believe i should write down something that happened to me.however i can't stick to do it.
