A：I am waiting for a fax but just now I found there's something wrong with the fax machine.

B：What's wrong with the fax machine? Is it urgent?  
传真机怎么了?急着用吗?
A：Yes, very urgent. And there is no other fax machine around. And the office of our boss is closed, so I can not use his machine either. And his secretary is out. Do you have any suggestion?  
是的，非常紧急。附近没有其它传真机了。我们老板的办公室门关了，所以我也不能用他的传真机。而且他的秘书出去了。你有什么建议吗?
B：Either call this extension number 0085 or ask them to send the fax to you as e-mail, you print it out.  
或者打电话0085到这个分机，或者叫他们用邮箱把传真发给你，你就能把它打印出来了。
