_____________________________. Uh, many of the buildings, uh, that surround the Parliament Building had been under lockdown all day long now, and that is now beginning to lift. Police are still on the streets, the streets are effectively empty of vehicles. There is no one out there apart from people who are now leaving their workplaces where they have been closed all day. Uh, the Parliament Buildings are still under lockdown.
