之前我也觉得发音不准，说不出口，后来公司来了一个新同事，发音很不准，但是可以和老外很好的交流，才明白只要你能说的出来，才能慢慢提高。说都不敢说，怎么来提高，现在发现自己词汇量太少了，需要提高词汇量。

    不过，这里面两个问题;
    1. 你觉得你这个新同事的发音很不准，不等于他的发音真不准，因为你判断的尺度可能有问题。
    2.老外听他的英语中的困难，你不知道。

我就是在很多人面前说英语会紧张，有时脑子一片空白，把想说的话都忘了，导致自己说出来没有条理，容易遗漏。

at first, I say to you,  thank you ,second,I  think ,many learners donot listen to foreigner  say what ,because they donot grasp the meaning of the words.words are base , so long as we grasp the meaning of words, at the same time ,we will  exercise the words everyday, we will understand the foreigner say  the meaning of words

When I am going to talk about something in English. First I will think what and how am I going to say in Chinese? Then I will try to translate what I have got in mind into English. I know it is a wrong way, but what can I do to make a change?

我觉得最困扰我的是听不懂，交流首先要明白别人讲什么，然后才能接上，回答。中国人的同事讲英语，基本没有听力障碍，但是老外一讲，马上就晕了，尤其是德国人和印度人，听到的话反应不过来，抓不到点，恨透了
