几天前，德国国防部长向默克尔递交辞呈报告。他是因为法学博士论文涉嫌抄袭而被迫辞职的。在中国，学术抄袭越来越严重，你是如何看待这样的现象？有什么好的建议吗？


A few days ago,  German Defense Minister submitted his resignation to Angela Merkel. He was suspected of plagiarism because  of the doctoral dissertation of Law and was forced to resign. In China, there are more and more serious academic plagiarism, how do you think of this phenomenon? Have any good suggestions?

in my opnion,academic plagiarism should be condemned, because it corrupted the social atmosphere and cause serious damage to the victim, but also cause losses to the education sector.
